We’ve added a great new feature, “Phone Number Lookup” that we would like to share with you.
New feature in text marketing! Phone number lookup đź‘€
The lookup phone number feature helps you find out about a phone number’s line type and carrier information. You can now easily identify whether a number is a landline, mobile, or voice-over IP (VoIP) such as Google Voice. Also, identify the carrier associated with the phone number.
After you run a lookup query, the results will be stored so that you won’t need to recheck them.
How does phone number lookup work?

In your Pony Express HQ account, go to the “Tool” menu, and you see the Phone Lookup feature.

Type the phone number you want to look up.

Line Type; Identify whether a number is a landline, mobile, or VoIP (such as Google Voice) number.

Carrier; Identify the carrier associated with the phone number.
That’s simple.
How does phone number lookup work?
You will learn what phone number serves up a carrier and phone number information so you can choose to send text messages or not.
