Buy credits. Send messages. That is the whole model.
There is no monthly plan to size, no contract to exit and no bundle that expires out from under you. You buy credits when you need them, and every message you send draws one down.

Questions people ask before signing up
- How many credits does a message cost?
- One credit per SMS segment and 2 credits per MMS. A plain-text message under 160 characters is a single segment; longer messages and emoji can split into more.
- Do credits expire?
- No. Credits stay on your account and roll over indefinitely. There is no monthly minimum to lose and nothing resets at the end of a billing cycle.
- Is there a contract or a monthly fee?
- Neither. You buy credits when you want them and send when you want to. A quiet month costs you nothing.
- What does the dedicated number cost?
- Nothing extra. A dedicated US local or toll-free number is included, along with unlimited keywords, groups and team members. Approval usually takes two to five business days.
- How do I collect opt-ins?
- People can text your keyword to your number, sign up through a web widget you embed on your site, or be imported from a list you already have consent for.
- Can people reply to my messages?
- Yes. Replies land in a shared inbox your whole team can see, and you can forward calls and texts to your personal phone.
- Is there a nonprofit discount?
- Registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits get 1,000 free credits — send us your documentation and we will apply it.
- Which countries can I send to?
- The United States and Canada. Numbers are US local or toll-free.
